My STory

I have gained more than 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, exploring various exercise modalities and traveling to different places for self-discovery. These transformative experiences have taught me that life's flaws and challenges can serve as valuable assets for personal growth.

I served in the military as an infantry soldier, and at the age of 22, I was deployed to Afghanistan, which shaped my work ethic, teamwork, mental toughness, and fitness methodology.

My interest in plant-based eating was sparked by my travels and involvement in a non-profit organization, where I witnessed firsthand the impact of food systems on climate change and food security in both developing and developed nations. As a vegan, my knowledge expanded to include the environmental effects of agriculture, as well as other factors influencing climate change, resource scarcity, and health.

Currently, I am studying nutritional medicine and dietetics to deepen my understanding of the relationship between food and overall well-being. I plan to work with individuals and groups within the plant-based community, offering a unique coaching style that reflects my diverse background.

I resonate with those who strive for long-term progress without compromising short-term health and performance and individuals who invest in self-improvement through learning, understanding, and overcoming obstacles.

I recognize the significance and value of being part of a community and live with a mission to make a positive difference in the lives of others who are driven to make a difference in the world.
